Return: Any product may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.

Refund: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

In the event that you receive your product damaged, please submitted a photo and/or video of the breakage prior to safely discarding through our "Stay in Touch" section to be eligible for a refund.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday and will typically take 2-4 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed on the following business days.

Candle Care:

• Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time
• Keep wick centered and trimmed to ¼’’ at all times
• Burn candle within sight at all times
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets
• Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire
• Keep away from drafts
• Keep wax pool free of debris
• Discontinue use when ¼’’ of wax remains (before it reaches the bottom of the jar)
• Do not use water or any other liquid to extinguish your candle

Cracked candle:

To avoid a crack in your candle:

• Make sure your wicks are trimmed to ¼’’ before each lighting
• Make sure your wicks are centered at all times
• Do not exceed the recommended burn time of 3-4 hours
• Avoid drafts as they can cause wicks to veer off center, which can lead to glass overheating
